A charity workout to help raise awareness for cystic fibrosis
Stronger Together: Fighting Cystic Fibrosis One Rep at a Time
Cystic Fibrosis Has affected many lives in our community. Join us in building Awareness and support for a TNL family!

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. It causes the production of thick, sticky mucus that leads to persistent lung infections, difficulty breathing, and digestive issues. There is no cure for CF, but advancements in treatment have significantly improved the quality and length of life for those diagnosed.
CF affects approximately 40,000 children and adults in the U.S. and over 100,000 people worldwide. Those living with CF endure a daily battle against infections, inflammation, and organ damage. The condition requires rigorous treatment, including multiple daily medications, respiratory therapy, and frequent hospitalizations.
At TNL, we are privileged to have Chad as part of our community. Chad has been living with CF his entire life, requiring extensive medical treatment, including 30 daily medications and a handful of nebulizer treatments. He has spent a significant portion of his life in and out of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
Due to the nature of CF, patients like Chad must remain in isolation for 14-21 days at a time during hospital stays and cannot share or reuse medical equipment like iPads with other CF patients due to the risk of dangerous bacteria, such as pseudomonas.
Since joining TNL in September, Chad has seen his health improve, proving that the right support system and training can make a difference. His determination and resilience inspire us all to come together for this cause.
TNL is more than just a gym—it’s a community. We are committed to creating a fun, healthy, & supportive place for people to grow. Join us in upholding this promise by supporting those who need us most.
